Onboarding & document collection at university

You meet our representative at your Georgian university. We collect all original documents and cross-verify using our checklist: full name (as on degree), Date of Birth, DON (Degree Order Number), Passport number, and degree details.

University verification & sealed attestation

We return to the university Registrar's office to obtain official sealed attestation of your degree and transcript. Any discrepancy flagged immediately — before it becomes a problem abroad.

Ministry of Education authentication

Documents are submitted to the Georgian Ministry of Education for official recognition stamp — a mandatory step for any international legalisation chain.

Apostille at Ministry of Justice

We obtain the Hague Convention Apostille certificate from the Georgian Ministry of Justice. We prepare 2 apostilled copies for all packages where required (India, Australia, Middle East).

Embassy legalisation (where required)

For India and Middle East packages, documents are taken to the respective embassy in Tbilisi (Indian Embassy / UAE Embassy / Saudi Embassy etc.) for consular legalisation. Each embassy has its own queue — we manage the scheduling.

Police clearance certificate

We apply for your Georgian Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) from the Ministry of Internal Affairs. This confirms no criminal record during your stay — required by most medical councils internationally.

Ministry of Health licence / confirmation letter

For Middle East packages, we obtain a confirmation letter from the Georgian Ministry of Health confirming the university is state-recognised. This is often required by Gulf medical councils.

Do I need to be physically present in Georgia to use this service? ▾
Only for Step 1 — document handover at your Georgian university. After that, we handle everything on your behalf. Many graduates are already back home when we complete and courier the full set.
What if my name on the degree doesn't match my passport? ▾
We catch this at Step 1 before proceeding. A name mismatch needs to be corrected at the university level first. We assist with the correction letter process and advise you on the fastest path to resolution — this is why verification matters before Apostille.
What is the difference between Apostille and Legalisation? ▾
Apostille is a simplified certification under the Hague Convention, accepted by 120+ member countries. Legalisation is the additional consular stamp required when a country is NOT a Hague member — or when that country specifically mandates embassy authentication even for Hague members. India and most Middle Eastern countries require both for medical licensing purposes.
How long does the entire process take? ▾
Typically 10–18 working days depending on destination and current embassy queue. India: ~12 days. Middle East: ~15–18 days. Australia: ~12–14 days. We share a realistic timeline during onboarding and update you at every milestone.
What happens if a document is lost or damaged during processing? ▾
We maintain a signed custody chain at every handover point and use secure transport. In the unlikely event of damage, our process indemnity covers replacement costs for documents obtained through us. Original documents from the university are handled with archive-grade care.
Can you help even if I have already graduated and left Georgia? ▾
Yes. If you have already received your documents in hand and they are not yet apostilled or legalised, we can begin from Step 3 onwards with a Power of Attorney (POA) signed by you and notarised in your home country. We will guide you through the POA process.
