• Information you provide: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, and academic/preference details you enter into AdmissionIQ or our forms (such as NEET score, category, budget, target country, and study preferences).
• Account & transaction data: login identifiers, services purchased, and order/invoice records. Payment card and bank details are handled directly by our payment gateway — we do not store them.
• Usage & device data: pages visited, approximate location, browser/device type and analytics events, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use your information

• To generate your reports and personalised guidance.
• To create and manage your account and deliver the services you purchase.
• To contact you about your enquiry, application, or purchase (email, WhatsApp, phone).
• To process payments and issue invoices.
• To improve the Platform, and for security, fraud-prevention and legal compliance.

3. Legal basis & consent

We process your data on the basis of your consent, to perform the services you request, and to comply with applicable law. You may withdraw consent at any time (see "Your rights" below), though this may limit our ability to provide certain services.

4. Sharing & third-party processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate the Platform, under appropriate safeguards, including:

• Supabase — secure database, authentication and file storage.
• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Meta / WhatsApp Cloud API — messaging and notifications you opt into.
• Google — email delivery and analytics.
• Microsoft Clarity — anonymous usage analytics (no personal identifiers sent).

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality and to understand how the Platform is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

6. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide services, maintain records (including invoices for legal/tax purposes), and comply with applicable law. When no longer required, data is deleted or anonymised.

The Platform is intended for prospective students aged 18+ or minors under the supervision of a parent/guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children without such supervision.
