This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services purchased from IMG PATH LLP on theimgpath.com. We want you to buy with confidence — please read this policy alongside our Terms & Conditions.
1. Nature of our services
THE IMG PATH primarily provides digital reports (such as AdmissionIQ premium reports), advisory/counselling and document-support services. Because digital reports and personalised guidance are delivered and consumed electronically, specific rules apply below.
2. Cancellation
- You may request cancellation of an order before the service has been delivered or work has begun — for a digital report, this means before the report has been generated/unlocked; for a counselling or document-support package, before the corresponding work has started.
- Once a digital report has been generated/unlocked, or the counselling session/document work has commenced, the order is considered fulfilled and is generally non-cancellable.
3. Refunds
- Eligible for refund: duplicate/accidental payments, a payment charged where the service was not delivered, or a valid cancellation raised before delivery/commencement (as above).
- Generally not refundable: digital reports already generated/unlocked, counselling sessions already conducted, and government/third-party fees already paid on your behalf (e.g. official document charges).
- Where a service was materially not delivered as described, contact us and we will review the case fairly and, where appropriate, offer a re-delivery, correction, credit, or refund.
4. How to request a refund or cancellation
Email office@theimgpath.com from your registered email with your order/ invoice number, the service purchased, and the reason for your request. You may also reach us via our Contact page.
5. Processing & timelines
- We aim to acknowledge refund/cancellation requests within 2–3 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via our payment gateway (Razorpay), typically within 5–7 business days after approval. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank/card issuer.
- Refunds are made in Indian Rupees (INR) to the original source of payment; we do not issue cash refunds.
6. Chargebacks
If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first — we will always try to resolve it quickly and fairly before you approach your bank.
