These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website theimgpath.com, the AdmissionIQ tool, reports, and any related services (together, the "Platform") provided by IMG PATH LLP ("IMG PATH", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or purchasing a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Who we are & what we do

THE IMG PATH is an information and guidance platform for students considering MBBS/medical education abroad. We provide database-driven college and country comparisons, AI-assisted recommendation reports (AdmissionIQ), advisory/counselling, and optional paid services such as premium reports and document-support packages.

We are not a university, a government body, or an examination authority. We do not sell admissions, and we do not guarantee admission, visa approval, scholarship, licensing exam success (e.g. FMGE/NExT), or any specific career outcome. Our guidance is informational and decision-support in nature.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf. You confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate and complete.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at office@theimgpath.com of any unauthorised use.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent or abusive activity.

4. Reports & guidance — nature and limitations

Reports and recommendations are generated from the data you submit (such as NEET score, category, budget and preferences) combined with our database and AI matching. Outputs are estimates and opinions for your consideration only. University fees, eligibility rules, recognition status and government regulations change frequently and are ultimately governed by the relevant institutions and authorities. You must independently verify all critical details (fees, recognition, NMC/FMGE eligibility, visa rules) with the official source before making any financial or admission decision.

5. Pricing & payments

• Prices for paid services are displayed on the Platform (see Pricing) and are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes are charged as per law.
• Online payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway (Razorpay). We do not store your full card or banking credentials on our servers.
• Your purchase is confirmed once payment is successfully authorised. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by: submitting false information; attempting to breach security or access other users' data; scraping or copying our database; reselling our reports; or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

All content, database compilations, report templates, branding, and software on the Platform are owned by or licensed to IMG PATH LLP and are protected by applicable laws. Reports are provided for your personal use; you may not redistribute or commercially exploit them without written permission.

8. Third-party links & services

The Platform may reference or link to third-party websites and services (universities, payment gateways, messaging providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies or availability of third parties.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IMG PATH LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for decisions taken in reliance on the guidance provided. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from a paid service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Delhi, India.
