THE IMG PATH provides digital services — there is no physical product shipped for our core offerings. This policy explains how and when your purchased services are delivered.
1. Digital reports & guidance (AdmissionIQ, premium reports)
- Reports are delivered electronically — made available in your student account/portal and, where applicable, sent to your registered email.
- Automatically generated reports are typically available instantly to within a few minutes of successful payment.
- Reports that involve manual review are typically delivered within 1–3 business days. If more time is needed, we will keep you informed by email/WhatsApp.
2. Counselling & advisory services
Where you purchase counselling or advisory sessions, our team will contact you (email/WhatsApp/phone) to schedule and deliver the service, usually within 1–3 business days of purchase.
3. Document-support services
For document-support packages, delivery timelines depend on the specific service and any third-party/government processing involved. Estimated timelines are shown on the service page and confirmed after purchase. Deliverables are shared digitally through your account/email; where a physical document must be dispatched, we will confirm the courier arrangement and expected timeline with you directly.
4. No shipping charges
As our services are delivered digitally, no shipping or delivery charges apply to standard reports and online services. Any exceptional courier cost for a physical document will be communicated and agreed with you in advance.
5. Delivery issues
If you have paid but not received access to your report or service within the expected time, please check your spam folder and your student portal, then contact us at office@theimgpath.com with your order/invoice number. We will resolve access issues promptly.
